SMS Integrated Messaging Add-on
SMS integrated messaging enables the agency to manage the entire SMS communication within Generations. SMS integrated messaging is an add-on feature that requires you to submit an order form and have a verification process completed to be compliant with regulations.

For the highest level of security, we recommend using the Message Center. You can also continue to send text messages using the traditional email-to-text approach.
