Dispatches from the inaugural Generations Impact Summit…
We just wrapped the first-ever Generations Impact Summit, which was a virtual event organized exclusively for Generations users. In mid-December, Homecare providers around the world tuned in for two days of best practices, education, inspiration, networking and to connect on the topics that matter most to their care teams.
Plus, Generations users had some great words to share with fellow homecare providers about using Generations Homecare System to manage their businesses.
Testimonials collected during the Summit ranged from operational advice to words of wisdom, and included the following five:
Thoughts on using Generations during these unprecedented times:
“I attribute Generations to our success through this pandemic.”
Comment on improving efficiencies:
“What used to take days to do payroll, now we get it down to hours.”
How Generations helps with reporting:
“[The ways] we use Generations measurement tracking [include]: [for] continuing education; COVID infection rate; time to open a case; growth measurements such as service growth; operational results (e.g. total service hours by week, clients served, and how long it takes from prospect to client); caregiver referral report; open shift report; and [charitable donations].”
Words of advice:
“Get [Generations team member] Lynne on the line! Also, I’ve found Live Chat to be very responsive and very quick. It’s very easy to work with Generations.”
And feedback about their favorite features in Generations:
“I love the Call Center as my favorite feature so I can get a snapshot of what’s happening that day. My caregivers would say their favorite feature is [having] access to their schedules.”
If you attended the Generations Impact Summit, we hope you walked away with at least a few new Generations tools to incorporate into your business. If you weren’t able to in real-time, a selection of the content shared during the Summit can be accessed through the Summit Site.
For those of you who aren’t currently using Generations, you can still learn about some of the features and functionality that were demonstrated during the Summit.
